The nature of the events precludes reimbursements unless and until the reasons for requesting a refund are related to the company's cancellation of the entire tournament or event. There is a rigorous no return policy under any circumstances unless and until the matches are totally cancelled from the company's end.
This does not include the cancellation of a few matches that may have occurred due to weather conditions, team unavailability, or other factors beyond the company's control.
